Mgr. Petr Polák

„What I enjoy most about my work is the constant confrontation of theory with practice. The psychological testing often shows only a part of real person’s personality, so I humbly look at science and the real person as well.“

Petr studied a social-law school and psychology at the Charles University in Prague. He was focused on health, social and HR issues. Before he joined the ACE team he worked as the HR director of a worldwide production company. He gained professional qualifications and experience in the Czech Republic and abroad where he completed courses focused on human resources and business skills. He is an accredited lecturer by The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports in the field of andragogy and job counselling. He has practical experience in training the communication and management skills and training the sales staff. He actively participates in the preparation of people searching for a job and those ones before entering their employment.

In ACE Consulting he is responsible for the executive search of the managerial positions, satisfaction surveys, 360° feedback or Assessment/Development centers.

What makes me happy? I am really happy when others appreciate me and value my knowledge.

What do I usually do to relax? I really enjoy my walks through big cities and their worthy culture of all kinds. I love driving. I also enjoy mushroom picking and traveling. I like wandering the streets and watching people swarming there.
