Mgr. Ing. Tomáš Zuda

Tomáš studies the system engineering at the University of Economics and psychology at the Philosophical Faculty of the Charles University in Prague. He has completed a training of the therapeutic work with groups (SUR, PBSP) and individuals (PBSP), and the international individual coaching training.

After working at the Institute of Sociology of the Czech Academy of Sciences he started to focus on the managerial psychology, development and training, the educational workshops for managers, mentoring, individual and team coaching. In his private practice he focuses on the crisis management, personal development, communication and couple dynamics.

In ACE Consulting he is responsible for the Assessment and Development Centres where he can get used his experience. He implements a lot of training programmes (situational leadership styles, managerial and communication skills etc.) He participates in the individual interviews during 360° feedback as well.

What makes me happy? When I meet people willing to work on themselves and when I watch how they are good at it.

What do I usually do to relax? Sport (topically it is jogging, mainly in the woods 😊), meditation and music (the guitar playing).
