Mgr. Magdalena Běhavá

Magdalena is a graduate of psychology (FFUK in Prague), with a focus on social psychology. During her studies, she gained her first professional experiences as a manager of the financial team for a conference organized by ČASP (Czech Association of Psychology Students). She was also a member of the organization’s executive committee. In addition, she founded preparatory courses for students applying for psychology programs and organized numerous non-profit lectures and workshops for the public. She has completed courses in Crisis Interventions and Coaching. Through specialized internships, she familiarized herself with the fields of personnel and managerial psychology, and she has been actively engaged in these areas since completing her studies.

At ACE Consulting, she works as a consultant, contributing to comprehensive recruitment processes, psychological assessments, and the preparation and implementation of Assessment Centres, Development Centres and 360° Feedback. Her expertise includes topics such as emotional intelligence, employee motivation and performance, and effective feedback delivery.

What do I enjoy outside of work? I am focused on completing tasks until the end, constantly striving to progress and self-improvement is my greatest hobby. I also enjoy meeting interesting people in the business world.

How do I rest?  Most often, I relax with friends or by watching a good movie. I also like to listen to interesting podcasts.
