Mgr. Vlasta Janovcová

Vlasta has extensive experience in corporate practice, leading consulting projects and educational courses in many Czech and foreign companies. She has also collaborated with the non-profit sector – thanks to this, she can offer various solutions to companies, especially in the area of Talent and Performance Management and change management.

She is an experienced trainer in Leadership and soft skills, coaching individuals and groups, leading Assessment and Development centers, and focusing on diversity and personal development in collaboration with horses (Horseman Leadership). In addition to educational projects, she also works as an Interim HR Manager. She has successfully established several training centers in manufacturing plants in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

What brings me joy? My greatest joy comes from seeing my happy and healthy daughter and also from successfully harmonizing family and work.

How do I relax? Through sports, taking walks with my family, enjoying wine while watching a good movie, and on weekends, I enjoy staying in bed in the morning when I don’t have to get up.
